Preparation instructions
1. Wash hands before preparing the feed. Clean and sterilize all utensils by boiling for 5 minutes or using an approved sterilizer. 2. Prepare each bottle separately using cooled safe drinking water that has recently been boiled. 3. Tear the top of the sachet and pour all the powder into the water. 4. Always add 1 sachet to 150mL of water. Cap the bottle and shake briskly to dissolve the powder. 5. Test temperature on wrist before feeding. Feed immediately and discard any unfinished formula within 2 hours. It is recommended to prepare each bottle as needed and use immediately after preparation. If preparing in advance, store at the back of the fridge (2-4°C) and use within 24 hours. Discard any refrigerated formula not used within 24 hours.

Preparing your Baby's Feed:
- Age: Birth to 2 weeks - Number of sachets: 1 - Safe drinking water: 150ml - Suggested intake per feed: 50ml - Number of feeds per day: up to 10
- Age: 2-4 weeks - Number of sachets: 1 - Safe drinking water: 150ml - Suggested intake per feed: 100ml - Number of feeds per day: 6-7
- Age: 1-2 months - Number of sachets: 1 - Safe drinking water: 150ml - Suggested intake per feed: 150ml - Number of feeds per day: 5-6
- Age: 3-4 months - Number of sachets: 1 - Safe drinking water: 150ml - Suggested intake per feed: 150ml - Number of feeds per day: 5-6
- Age: 5-6 months - Number of sachets: 2 - Safe drinking water: 300ml - Suggested intake per feed: 200ml - Number of feeds per day: 4-5
1 sachet = 22.5g of powder. Note: 1 sachet added to 150ml of water yields approximately 165ml of formula. This feeding guide is a general guideline ONLY; your baby may need more or less than shown.
Storage instructions
Store in a cool dry place. Use by the date on carton and sachet. Use sachet immediately after opening and discard any unfinished powder.

Dental Hygiene: A cup can be introduced to your baby around 6 months. Putting your baby to bed with a bottle or cup can lead to tooth decay.
