Feeding Guide - Age: Up to 2 weeks, Cooled boiled water: 60mL, Level scoops of powder*: 2, Number of feeds per day: 7-8. Age: 2 weeks to 1 month, Cooled boiled water: 90mL, Level scoops of powder*: 3, Number of feeds per day: 6-8. Age: 1 to 2 months, Cooled boiled water: 150mL, Level scoops of powder*: 5, Number of feeds per day: 5-6. Age: 2 to 4 months, Cooled boiled water: 210mL, Level scoops of powder*: 7, Number of feeds per day: 4. Age: 4 to 6 months, Cooled boiled water: 240mL, Level scoops of powder*: 8, Number of feeds per day: 4. Age: Over 6 months, Cooled boiled water: 240mL, Level scoops of powder*: 8, Number of feeds per day: 3-5. *1 scoop = 4.6g of powder. NOTE: 1 scoop of powder added to 30mL of water yields approximately 33.3mL of formula. This feeding guide is a general guide ONLY; your baby may need more or less than shown.

Storage instructions

Store in a cool dry place. Use by the date on the container bottom. After opening, keep the container airtight and use contents within four weeks. Product is packed by weight, not volume. Some settling of the powder may occur during transportation and distribution.

Breast milk is best for babies. Consult your doctor or health worker before using this product. Aptamil Allerpro Syneo Infant formula is not intended for general use and must be used under medical supervision. Follow instructions precisely. Prepare bottles and teats as directed. Do not alter the proportions of powder except on medical advice. Incorrect preparation can make your baby ill. Infants over 6 months should receive foods in addition to infant formula. Dental Hygiene: Putting your baby to bed with a bottle can lead to tooth decay.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
    Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
