Aptamil AllerPro Syneo 2 is a premium follow-on formula specifically designed for infants aged 6 to 12 months who are allergic to cows' milk. This formulation contains extensively hydrolysed protein for effective dietary management of mild to moderate cows' milk protein allergy. It also includes SYNEO™, a patented synbiotic blend of scientifically researched ingredients, developed with over 50 years of advanced breastmilk research by dedicated experts.

Ingredients
The formula contains:
- Maltodextrin
- Whey protein hydrolysate (milk)

Minerals include potassium, calcium, chloride, phosphorus, sodium, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, iodine, manganese, and selenium. Vitamins included are A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, C, D3, E, K1, folic acid, and biotin. Nucleotides in the formula include cytidine-5'-monophosphate, uridine-5'-monophosphate, adenosine-5'-monophosphate, inosine-5'-monophosphate, and guanosine-5'-monophosphate.
Contains cows' milk and fish. Allergens: Fish and Milk.
Directions for Use
Preparation Guide:
- Wash hands before preparing the feed. Clean and sterilize all utensils by boiling them in water for 5 minutes or using an approved steriliser.
- Boil safe drinking water and let it cool. Measure the required volume of water into a sterilised feeding bottle.
- Use only the enclosed scoop to measure. Fill lightly and level off using the built-in leveller. Avoid compacting the powder.
- Add one level scoop of powder for every 30mL of water. Stir or shake briskly to dissolve the powder.
- Test the temperature on your wrist before feeding. Feed immediately; do not store. Discard any unfinished feeds.
Feeding guide:
- For infants 6 to 9 months: Use 240mL of cooled boiled water, 8 level scoops of powder (approx. 3-5 feeds per day).
- For infants 9 to 12 months: Use 240mL of cooled boiled water, 8 level scoops of powder (approx. 3-4 feeds per day).
Note: 1 scoop equals 4.8g of powder. One scoop of powder added to 30mL of water yields approximately 33.3mL of formula. This guide serves as a general reference; individual needs may vary.
Storage & Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if the foil security seal is damaged or missing. Breast milk is the best nutrition for babies. Consult your doctor or health worker before using this product. Aptamil AllerPro Syneo Follow-On Formula is not suitable for general use and should be used under medical supervision.
Follow instructions exactly. Prepare bottles and teats as directed, and do not alter the proportions of powder without medical advice. Incorrect preparation can lead to severe illness. For infants over 6 months, offer solid foods in addition to formula. Not for use in infants under 6 months.
Dental Hygiene: Avoid putting your baby to bed with a bottle to prevent tooth decay. Encourage drinking from a cup from 6 to 8 months.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
