Aptamil AllerPro Syneo 1 Allergy Premium Infant Formula is our most advanced formulation designed specifically for infants with cow's milk allergy. It is suitable for formula-fed infants from birth to 6 months and provides complete nutrition while managing allergy symptoms. The protein in this formula is extensively hydrolysed to support the dietary needs of babies with mild to moderate cow's milk protein allergy.

Ingredients
The formula contains the following ingredients:
- Maltodextrin
- Whey protein hydrolysate (contains milk)
- Vegetable oils (with antioxidant ascorbyl palmitate and citric acid)
- Galacto-oligosaccharides (contains milk)
- Omega LCPUFAs (contains fish, with antioxidants mixed tocopherols and ascorbyl palmitate)
- Emulsifier (citric acid ester of mono- and diglycerides, sunflower lecithin)
- Long chain fructo-oligosaccharides
- Choline chloride
- L-tyrosine
- Inositol
- Taurine
- Bifidobacterium breve M-16V
- L-carnitine
It also includes minerals and vitamins, as well as nucleotides.
Directions for Use
For proper preparation, follow these steps:
- Wash hands thoroughly before preparing the feed and sterilize all utensils.
- Boil safe drinking water and allow it to cool before measuring the required volume into a sterilized feeding bottle.
- Using the enclosed scoop, add one level scoop of powder for every 30mL of water. Stir or shake briskly to dissolve.
- Test the temperature on your wrist before feeding. Feed immediately and discard any unfinished formula.
Feeding guide per age group:
- Up to 2 weeks: 60mL cooled boiled water, 2 level scoops (7-8 feeds/day)
- 2 weeks to 1 month: 90mL cooled boiled water, 3 level scoops (6-8 feeds/day)
- 1 to 2 months: 150mL cooled boiled water, 5 level scoops (5-6 feeds/day)
- 2 to 4 months: 210mL cooled boiled water, 7 level scoops (4 feeds/day)
- 4 to 6 months: 240mL cooled boiled water, 8 level scoops (4 feeds/day)
- Over 6 months: 240mL cooled boiled water, 8 level scoops (3-5 feeds/day)
Storage & Warnings
Store the formula in a cool, dry place. Follow all preparation instructions carefully, as incorrect preparation can pose health risks to your baby. This formula is not suitable for general use and should be used under medical supervision. Consult your doctor or healthcare provider before use.
Note: Do not use if the foil security seal is damaged or missing. Avoid putting your baby to bed with a bottle to prevent tooth decay.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
