General Information

Alka-Seltzer Lemon-Lime Effervescent Tablets offer fast and temporary relief from headaches, body aches, and pains. They are specifically designed to alleviate discomfort associated with headaches, migraine headaches, toothaches, backaches, arthritis, rheumatics, period pain, sore throat, and symptoms of cold and flu. Each tablet has a pleasant Lemon-Lime flavor and is easy to dissolve in water.

Ingredients

Active Ingredients: Each tablet contains 324mg of Aspirin.

Contains: Sodium benzoate and sulfites.

Directions for Use

For adults, dissolve 1-3 tablets in a glass of water every 4 hours as necessary. Do not exceed 12 tablets in a 24-hour period.

Storage & Warnings

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Do not use this product if:

• You have a stomach ulcer or a history of heart failure
• You are pregnant during the first 6 months unless advised by a doctor (do not use at all in the last 3 months of pregnancy)
• You are allergic to aspirin or other anti-inflammatory medications
• You experience an allergic reaction; discontinue use and consult a doctor immediately
• You are taking anticoagulant therapy

Unless advised by a doctor, do not use this product:

• For more than a few days at a time
• In children under 12 years of age
• In children aged 12-16 with or recovering from chickenpox, influenza, or fever
• If you have asthma
• With other medications containing aspirin or anti-inflammatory drugs
• If you have impaired kidney or liver function

Consult a doctor before use for blood thinning or heart conditions. The maximum daily dose contains 5.7g of Sodium (477 mg Sodium per tablet). This product also contains saccharin, galactose, and benzoates.
