Directions:
1. Empty the contents of one sachet into a heatproof bowl, then add 1 cup (250 mL) of boiling water. Stir to dissolve completely.
2. Add 1 cup (250 mL) of cold water and stir again.
3. Chill until set (minimum of 4 hours). This will yield 500 mL of jelly.
Avoid adding fresh pineapple, kiwi, or paw paw as the jelly will not set.
