Directions:
1. Empty the contents of one sachet into a heatproof bowl and add 1 cup (250 mL) of boiling water. Stir until dissolved.
2. Add 1 cup (250 mL) of cold water and stir.
3. Chill until set (minimum of 4 hours). Makes 500 mL of jelly.
Do not add fresh pineapple, kiwi fruit, or pawpaw as the jelly will not set.
