Directions:
1. Empty the contents of one sachet into a heatproof bowl and add 1 cup (250 mL) of boiling water. Stir well until dissolved.
2. Add 1 cup (250 mL) of cold water and stir.
3. Chill until set (a minimum of 4 hours). This will yield 500 mL of jelly. Do not add fresh pineapple, kiwi fruit, or paw paw, as the jelly will not set.
