Ready, Set, Jelly!

Ready – Empty the contents of Aeroplane Jelly Original Purple Grape Flavoured Jelly into a bowl and add 1 cup (250 mL) of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved. Add 200 mL of cold water and stir again.

Set – Refrigerate until firm and wobbly (minimum 4 hours). Makes 500 g of jelly.

Jelly – Serve on its own or with your favorite toppings like ice cream, whipped cream, or fresh fruit. (Avoid adding fresh pineapple, kiwi fruit, or paw paw as they prevent the jelly from setting.)
