Preparation Instructions:

1. Ready: Pour the contents of the jelly into a bowl and mix with 1 cup (250 mL) of boiling water until fully dissolved. Add 200 mL of cold water and mix.
2. Set: Refrigerate until firm (minimum 4 hours). Makes 500 g of jelly.
3. Jelly: Serve alone or with toppings such as ice cream, whipped cream, or fresh fruit. (Avoid adding fresh pineapple, kiwi fruit, or paw paw as they will prevent the jelly from setting.)
