Advocate for Cats over 4 kg is a monthly spot-on treatment designed to provide comprehensive protection against fleas, heartworm disease, intestinal worms, lungworms, and mites. This fast-acting and water-resistant solution is easy to apply, ensuring your cat is well-protected from parasites.
Advocate kills fleas quickly upon contact, eliminating the need for them to bite. Reinfesting fleas cease biting within 3-5 minutes and are eliminated within 1 hour. The treatment also targets flea larval stages in the home environment, helping to reduce the occurrence of flea allergy dermatitis. Additionally, Advocate treats and controls mange and ear mites, prevents heartworm disease, and effectively manages both adult and juvenile stages of roundworms and hookworms. It uniquely offers ongoing protection from new worm infestations between treatments, minimizing egg shedding and disease risk. Advocate is safe for kittens from 9 weeks of age, regardless of their weight, and can also be used on ferrets weighing 0.8 kg or more for flea and heartworm protection.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
