Preparation instructions
1. Wash hands before preparing junior milk drink. Wash and rinse drinking cup and all utensils thoroughly. 2. Use only the enclosed scoop, fill scoop and level off using the built-in leveller on the can. Avoid compacting powder. 3. Add four level scoops of powder for each 200mL of water. Whisk, shake, or stir briskly to dissolve powder. Serve immediately or chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Discard any unfinished drinks.
Usage instructions
Do not use if foil seal is damaged or missing. Refer to use by date on base of this can. After opening, remove foil seal completely and discard. Use a clean utensil to find and remove the scoop enclosed in the can. Always close lid immediately after use. Use contents within 4 weeks of opening.
Storage instructions
Store in a cool, dry place.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
