Ingredients
Colour Cream: Aqua, Cetearyl Alcohol, Toulene-2,5-Diamine, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, m-Aminophenol, Sodium Cetearyl Sulfate, Aminomethyl Propanol, 2,4-Diaminophenoxyethanol Sulfate, 2-Methylresorcinol, CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499.
Developer Liquid: 3% Hydrogen Peroxide
Directions for Use
- Remove natural oils and makeup from lashes and brows using a non-oily cleanser.
- For lashes, apply Petroleum Jelly on one side of two eye protection papers and place them under your eyes close to the bottom lashes. For brows, apply Petroleum Jelly around the brow area with a cotton bud.
- Squeeze a 2.5cm strip of the colour cream into the mixing cup. Add ten drops of the developer liquid and mix using the provided wand.
- For lashes, apply the dye using the wand or spoolie, similar to mascara application. Leave the dye to develop for ten minutes, then gently wipe away with a damp cotton pad.
- For brows, use the wand or spoolie to apply the dye in an upward motion, following the hair growth. Leave on for three to ten minutes based on your preferred colour depth, then gently remove with a damp cotton pad.
Storage & Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and skin, and do not breathe in vapours.
This product may cause skin irritation for some individuals and could result in eye injury when used for eyelash and eyebrow tinting. A patch test is recommended before each use.
If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. In case of eye contact, wash out immediately with water. For further advice, contact a Poisons Information Centre or a doctor.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
