Unfasten the strap from the black plastic ring, open the top flaps, and expand the brace. Slide your foot, toe-first, into the top of the brace. Pull the brace stabilizers upward and align them with the sides of your ankle.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eWrap the flaps around the top of your ankle and secure them.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eInsert the end of the strap into the black plastic ring. Bend your knee to ensure it aligns over your toes.
