General Information
Watch your hair problems. Do a fast fade with our gentlest, easiest bleach ever.
The pack includes gentle Creme Bleach for the Face, gentle Creme Activator, a mixing cup, a spatula, and instructions.
Warnings
- Always do a patch test.
- Do not apply to inflamed or irritated skin.
- If skin feels tender or irritated after application, remove immediately.
- Hair bleaching products may slightly lighten or darken the skin tone of dark-pigmented individuals in the area that was treated. Lightened or darkened skin will fade back to its natural shade within 72 hours.
- Contains hydrogen peroxide. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse immediately with lukewarm water if product comes into contact with eyes.
- Always store in a cool, dry place.
- Wear suitable gloves.
- Never use a metal dish or applicators with cream bleach.
- Never use after a hot bath, as open pores will increase sensitivity.
- Don't store or reuse bleach mixture. Keep out of reach of children.
Ingredients
Water (Aqua), Hydrogen Peroxide, Cetyl Alcohol, Stearyl Alcohol, PEG-20 Stearate, Stearic Acid, Paraffinum Liquidum, Methylparaben, Propylparaben. Gentle Crème Activator: Water (Aqua), Cetyl Alcohol, Petrolatum, Emulsifying Wax Nf, Ammonium Hydroxide, Paraffinum Liquidum, Sodium Carbonate, Fragrance (Parfum), Citronellol, Geraniol, Methylparaben, Propylparaben.
Directions
1. Wash face with soap and water. Dry thoroughly.
2. Squeeze a 2.5-inch strip of Crème Bleach into the mixing cup.
3. Add Creme Activator. Blend the two thoroughly.
4. Using a spatula, apply to the area to be lightened, making sure all hair is completely covered.
Do not rub. Bleaching time varies with each individual. Wait 10 minutes.
5. Wash off a small area with cool water to see if the desired result is achieved.
6. If not lightened enough, apply additional mixture to the area checked and wait 5 more minutes.
7. Wash off thoroughly with cool water. Pat dry.
8. Throw away unused mixture.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
